We gladly accept returns.
Returns and exchange details
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the receipt of your order.
The item must be returned in it's original condition. You will be responsible for the proper packaging of the return. The product price will be refunded in full. Shipping charges are non-refundable for general returns. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are additionally non-refundable.
In the event of a defective/broken product or incorrect order, we will gladly replace the item free of charge or refund all cost (including shipping charges) associated with the purchase. To be eligible for a full replacement or refund for a defective or broken item, contact us within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, the item may be subject to our standard 30 day return policy.
In the instance of a refused or unclaimed shipment, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Retail Order Lead Times: Most orders ship within 3 business days or better from the day of order. The exception being custom items, which may take from 5 - 10 days to produce and ship. We will alert you via email to any unexpected delays in shipment.
Orders are shipped via FedEx, USPS, UPS, or truck freight. Carrier choice is at our discretion, and we cannot accommodate particular carrier requests.
